About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our sales development team at our e-learning company. As part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our online/digital educational solutions.
What you will be doing
- Conduct market research and prospect potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective sales strategies.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts for mutual benefit while maximizing revenue potential.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the education sector.
- Over 5 years of sales development experience in the e-learning industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and online educational materials.
- Understanding of the education sector, including K-12, higher education, and corporate training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, enabling effective communication with potential clients
