About the role

We are looking for a highly productive, competent individual to join our e-learning company as a product manager. As a member of our team, you’ll be instrumental in guiding the development and execution of plans for our digital educational products throughout the entire creative process, encompassing ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.

 What you will be doing

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
    • Utilize data analytics tools to measure product performance, user engagement, and ROI, and derive actionable insight
    • Collaborate with product designers to ensure a fun and delightful user experience
    • Work with engineers to help guide feature development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive remote work environment, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members across different time zones

Essential Qualifications:

    • Experience generating outstanding results as a Product Manager at a software company

    • A desire to make the world a better place through technology and education

    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization

    • Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform product decisions

    • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences

    • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and lead remote teams

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent

    • Extensive experience in fast-growing, data-driven startups is a bonus
